NORD/LB’s Real Estate Finance Group has been operating in North America since 1998. The Group benefits from the highly knowledgeable and experienced senior management team led by Joe Bassil. The group’s top three senior bankers have over 50 years of combined industry experience through various real estate cycles. The group is responsible for originating, arranging, executing and syndicating real estate debt transactions in the continental U.S. and Canada, and managing a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio. Transactions are primarily mortgage loans secured by quality properties geographically dispersed throughout the major MSAs in North America.
